HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
1. How do I place an order?
Step 1. Choose your desired item and click add to cart.
Step 2. Click view cart then proceed to checkout.
Step 3. Enter billing/shipping details and click “place order”
Step 4. You will receive an order notification thru email.
A. If payment will be made thru Paypal, just checkout and we will process your order
B. If payment will be made thru Bank deposit or Gcash/Paymaya, choose XENDIT as payment method and you can transact there
HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping is subsidized and we have made it very simple, its 100 pesos within Metro Manila and 150 pesos outside Metro Manila, we also offer Cash on Delivery for free, no added charge

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hairbrushes are hygiene sensitive products and are personal in nature, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accommodate any return and exchange. Each Yao hair brush we send out is quality checked under the highest standards of our discerning customers.
